A VehHistory Vehicle History Report provides an easy-to-understand readout about your potential vehicle purchases

Go to the VehHistory homepage at vehhistory.com and enter your vehicle's VIN number. You’ll be taken to a free Pre-Check report. To unlock the full vehicle history, choose a payment option on the right side of the page. Once payment is completed, your full report will be sent to your email and stored in your VehHistory account within seconds.

Yes. In addition to VIN-based searches, VehHistory also supports lookups by license plate number (available in most U.S. states). You can start from the homepage .
Order icon Accessing Your Reports
Log in to your account using your registered email. From your dashboard, you can view all purchased reports, your order history, and additional helpful tools.
Single Reports: Available for 90 days after purchase.
Packages (4 or 16 Reports): Credits never expire. Each individual report becomes available for 90 days after you generate it.
Make sure you are logged in with the email you used when purchasing the report package. After entering the VIN on the homepage, click on the "Use Full Reports" button. This will apply your credit without charging you again.

Why does it say “No records found” for my VIN?

Double-check the VIN for accuracy. If it’s correct, it could mean:

– The vehicle is very new and has no records yet.
– The vehicle was manufactured before 1981 (older cars may not have a standard VIN).

In either case, leave your email with us—we’ll notify you if any new data becomes available.
